Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI’ve had that unit since hurricane Laura. Very convenient and easy to access. Great location and friendly Staff!
JERRY B | Expérience généraleIf I ever need to rent another storage unit, Bayou Storage will be my first choice. Operations Manager Bryan Fowler was prompt and responsive to my inquiries, addressing all my questions efficiently. Overall, my experience was excellent.
Blake L | Expérience générale10/10
Jonathan A | Réservation10/10 customer service !
Nia N | Expérience généraleBryan in front office super sweet and kind. I would use this storage company again. Thank you.
Sandra W | Expérience généraleI had a unit at this location it was “supposed” to be climate controlled but upon return i had to thrown away COUNTLESS family items and documents due to mold growth completely unacceptable and extremely dissatisfied.
Tyrone E | Expérience généraleGreat location, securely fenced, elevated to prevent flooding, very nice staff when moving out.
Jordan K | Expérience généraleI call two days before the freeze, told him what I’m storing out the freeze and he got me in/out. Very professional.
Joshua T | Expérience généraleI really loved it and I really plan on coming back soon and I would definitely recommend it again .
Tevin C | Expérience généraleI would recommend it to any one.Very safe and clean.Manager was always there if needed 5 stars for sure
Edward K | Expérience généraleStorage could have been cooler but otherwise, every thing was great including the staff member. Very friendly and professional at all times!
Jennifer H | Expérience généraleWe needed a climate-controlled unit for storing all of our belongings before moving out of the country for a few months. Everywhere in town was either out of units or really expensive, but then we called Bayou Storage Downtown and they had a unit free the same day for a great price. The location is safe, well lit, and secure, so we had no concerns about leaving our belongings there. Customer service was always friendly, and now the on-site office is manned by Victor who has been super helpful as we are moving out, even letting us park our portable storage container on-site for a few days so we could load it up. All in all, five stars!
Daniel L | Expérience généraleThere is a strong odor of sewer gas near my former unit. The gate breaks and has gone weeks without being fixed leaving the entire property unsecured. The office is not open the hours that it states on UHAUL’s hours of operation. I’m told I don’t get any prorated rent back after my move out. This is inconsistent with what I had been told back in July. I feel like I should have received a refund of the prorated rent like I was told. Former management much more helpful and service oriented.
Dion R | Expérience généraleBecause of the hurricane, I needed a place to store the belongings that survived...Bayou Storage helped me right away, and are, by far, one of the nicest, cleanest and most efficient storage buildings I have ever used. Thank you for making this difficult time a bit easier!
Donna W | Expérience généraleWe found Bayou Storage right after Hurricane Laura. It was a great fit for our family. Always felt my furniture, etc. was secure and climate-control made the storage of my things even better. Would recommend.
