Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt’s a great location to do business with!
Kathy RI was charged mileage to drop the truck back off.
Chase SI’ve used U-Haul quite a bit. It irks me that if I overfill for return gas I get no credit (which I’ve done every other rental), but the first time I’ve underfilled return gas, you don’t round up and penalize the heck out of me. Thanks a lot.
James FThe location was closed when I went to pick up the truck. I specifically indicated I wanted to pick up at 9:00am and chose a location that would be open at that time. The hours on the door stated they opened at 8:30am just like the website however the little clock hanging on the door said they were not available and they would return at 10:00am. Fortunately, my son was able to assist in using the app to access the truck key from the lock box and that worked well but it is not what I had signed up for and was disappointed that no one was around nor would anyone pick up the phone.
