I love the kind and friendly people, who assisted me yesterday in making my best choices for my storage and future moving needs. I am a senior citizen and appreciate this type of kindly support.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisConsidering management change and the letting go of several employees, I have to say replacements stepped up and dud what they had to do and were very courteous.. was some lack of communication and contact during the ordeal. We had questions couldn't speak with anyone one and no one returned our calls.
Terri F | Expérience généraleAs far as the building door being strong and secure and would make it very difficult to break in, I would give that a 10 However, there are a few things that I do not like that I cannot give a high rating for. First of all, there is no alarms connected to my former building. I didn’t have to sign in. I just went to the door and unlocked it. I did not like that. And I am 65 years old having had 23 surgery since 1997 and I am severely disabled under times that I was there by myself and I had to encounter homeless people who made me feel nervous. There needs to be cameras there if there’s not, if there is cameras, they need to be strengthened. Until those two things are done, then I could not recommend it to anybody, unless your Popeye and you can defend yourself. But if you’re a senior citizen and disabled or a woman who should not be in a place like that alone, Fix those issues, and you’re protecting the safety of former business associates
stephen s | Expérience généraleDisappointed there was no climate controlled units available in a place with such humidity and weather changes. Unit is smaller than i thought and its the biggest one but no way my car could fit in here with my stuff like i was told. Im afraid my atuff wont even fit in here and its on its way. Causing lots of stress
Dianna N | Premières impressionsI would give you a 5 star but the homeless people at the location really need attention. Everytime I went to the unit they were hanging around, riding thru the lot on bicycles. One day one of them was in the dumpster.
COURTNEY J | Expérience généraleI tried a number of times to cancel the unit my sister paid for . she's 64 years old and mentally handicapped and physically handicapped and bed ridden and for some reason you guys will not return her money she feels that you are taking advantage of her and scamming her out of her money. I immediately call back immediately tried to cancel the order I've talked to three different people one of them said I had to close out the unit that I never even went in I never opened it it wasn't due to be there till tomorrow which is May 11th not May 8th when I paid for it I specifically said May 11th cuz that's when I rented a truck from U-Haul in rushville Marathon gas station.i need my sisters money returned.
Daniel S | Déménagement en ligneI did not use your facility I reserved a storage unit for me to move into tomorrow immediately afterwards I talked to my landlord who said that I can move straight in so I called back and canceled the unit before I even moved into it now you're telling me I can't have my money back I never even used it I've never even seen it I've never even drove there. I am 64 years old and mentally handicapped and physically handicapped and I think you're trying to take advantage of me I want my money refunded like I was promised I don't know what kind of scams you're trying to run on me.
Daniel S | Expérience généraleDoor was always an issue getting into building
Gerald S | Expérience généraleThere was not a lock inside the unit as the reservation indicated. Had to buy a lock
Dean C | Déménagement en ligneEverytime I need Uhaul’s services they had what I need at each location. Uhaul is head and shoulders above their competitors.
Eric L | Expérience généraleAll employees were very helpful on any kind of questions. A guest of there facility could ask for

Justine Z | Premières impressionsHad to get a different unit bc of the big chunk of concrete in front of unit 151
