The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable everything was absolutely painless.
JONATHAN G | First ImpressionsThe staff at this location is amazing!!!! Friendly, helpful, accommodating, with great customer service. My brother has been renting storage units there for years, so when I needed one, I took his recommendation because of his good experiences there.
CHRISTOPHER K | Overall ExperienceAbsolutely awful customer service. LITERAL Months of not being able to access my unit (took my key months ago to upgrade a door), I had to call in to figure out what was going on months later and the manager had no clue if anything had been done. No apology.. nothing. Show up to get said key as discussed with manager, and staff couldn't find it, staff had no knowledge i was supposed to come in. They finally gave us a key. Ended up not being our key. What a surprise. Wasted a whole day off not being able to access our unit since they gave us wrong key, and lost ours. Thank God our stuff wasn't stolen. Took another day off (lock was supposed to be cut off first thing in the morning) I waited around for a phone call to give permission (was told 8 am ish, shocker didnt get a call, so yet again i AS THE CUSTOMER had to initiate a call, verified we were all set to head that way, and everything would be done, show up and they OF COURSE weren't prepared even though I called in prior to make sure lock would be cut off, husband had to wait around AGAIN for lock to be cut off and replaced etc etc. Terrible staff, terrible communication from manager and/to staff, terrible location, price increases what seemed like every few months even though (according to your manager) you used a mom and pops company and he doesnt even think any improvement was done/have no clue what's going on. No worries I will not ever use this uhaul facility in the future. I am out even more money from days missed at work (im a nurse, so getting days off is hard) from your staffs ignorant lack of being able to do their jobs. *and this is coming from someone who very rarely complains about companies or restaurants even when there is crap servics* VERY Sincerely, Ashley
Ashley C | Overall ExperienceDark hair, girl with tattoos on her neck, was the most courteous and respectful to me out of the entire staff. When I picked up equipment, one girl told me it was outside, I had to go look for it, take advertising out of the window and pull it out of the slot myself. The girl seemed a bit smug, as did another one. But as I said, the girl with the tattoos is by far the most respectful and courteous person. I would do business with her any day, but not with the others.
stephen s | First ImpressionsWe had a wonderful experience as a young couple moving from Myrtle Beach to the Hocking Hills. Our 26 ft truck gave us the ability to make one trip and it ran great through the mountains with no issues. Great heat and air, too! Thank you, and we will be using Uhaul again in the future in our next transition.

The one recently Danielle was the one that helped us and she explained everything we needed to know. She also walked my husband and son to the new storage unit we just got. She is a very excellent employee. And Shane is an excellent manager. As long as they are there I will continue my business with uhaul .
evelyn B | Overall ExperienceThe door latch is loose ony outside unit. I tried calling and emailing about it but have had no response. And the unit looks to have mold on the inside like it has been wet before.

lisa c | First ImpressionsConcrete cracking around pillars that hold up your storage buildings is not good. Alarm goes off during severe cold and when a unit is breeched...that's fine but not one of a customers that brings the police. Reset or dump this security company...are they maintaining periodic checks? The electric gate card swipe says welcome in my name even when I depart...that's stupid. It should say goodbye even if it's 10 hrs later in the middle of the night. Not having a % discount for Veterans is also poor overall for this Company (it once did but shows the waning support of military currently).

However the price is outrageous and there really should be a size in between the largest, what I rented, and the next size down. I was paying a lot of money for space I didn’t really need but my king sized bed and dining room table wouldn’t fit in the next size down.
