Refused to allow me to return unused/unopenrd clothes storage box and plastic mattress plastic without a receipt…did not issue a monthly rental credit for checking out 1 week early. Facility gate/process to get in and out is a joke

Kevin G. | Online Move InDesk service person (female) sat back appeared bothered by us being there to rent a storage unit. Would not honor the free lock promotion on line. Made us walk over to get a lock of the shelf so she could scan it because she did not to actually get out of her chair. Thank god another employee came by and helped us out otherwise I would have said f it and left.

Marco P. | First ImpressionsThe only drawback was when I reserved two people to help unload my truck, no one showed up. I was told that the time frame was blocked out, which didn't mean anything to me, because it's ambiguous term. when I called all I got was oh I thought you understood. My wife and I ended up and loaded a 20 footer by ourselves, that was totally packed and we are both over 60.
