MICHAEL D | Overall ExperienceThe truck was clean and nice but I did not receive my blankets or my dollies which made the move inconvenient and caused slight damage to some furniture. I did not have time to go back and pick this stuff up and U-Haul would not deliver to me. Also I was very inconvenienced when dropping off the truck / unloading truck which were at 2 different places. I had hired a company to unload my truck but I drove the truck to the return facility which were 2 different places. When I realized I was at the wrong place to unload the truck, I had to drive about 20-25 minutes away . Once I got there, there was a lock on my storage unit. It took the associate about 45 minutes or more to get me another storage unit. Meanwhile I am paying a 2 man crew while wait for these delays. Parking at this storage facility is a joke. Then to rub salt in the wound, when I returned the truck, the facility said “ they were full and couldn’t accept it”. I was parked in an awkward place and with an auto trailer connected made it near impossible to maneuver out of that place to go to a different place to drop off. When I fueled up the truck, accidentally overfilled by about a 1/2 tank, I was hoping that would be credited to me, but?? Needless to say, with all of these inconveniences, if I don’t get some re-imbursement, I will use a different company to move my belongings from the storage place to my house in about 2 months.
