My unit was in a gated area away from the office when I rented the unit we had to open / shut the gate with a passcode, I was provided a key to my storage building and a lock for my unit. A few weeks ago this all changed, the gate is left open all hours, the doors on the building are not locked any longer. So my unit is exposed to anyone that wants in the building to me this is unsafe and not secure as anyone could cut a lock to the units. I chose to remove my belongings as they were not being kept secure. Also the unsecured areas left room for me to be unprotected and unsafe while I was at my storage unit.
