Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisErica was just the most compassionate, understanding person to work with. Things got rough for me financially and she was very accommodating and worked with me to help me in every way possible. I can't express enough how much I appreciated her. She is a valuable employee and I hope Uhaul realizes what they have as an asset to their company.
Tammy R | Expérience généraleExceptional service and the manager really gave me peace of mind.
jake s | Premières impressionsErica is fantastic, she made everything so simple for the rental process. Bought a lock and she got me setup. 10 Star customer service!! Promote!
joel a | Premières impressionsDebra explained everything. She was amazing!!
Malik b | Premières impressionsThe management and staff very professional, very accommodating and knowledgeable. Great people great location.
Cameron M | Expérience généraleMrs Debrah was very helpful and nice with my entire process and gave me details I needed
Brandon M | Expérience généraleThe staff was so understanding and helpful. Erika, the manager is the BEST. TY!
Robert r | Expérience généraleStaff was always courteous …
Melinda P | Expérience généraleOwner and wonderful lady with glasses were great. Me and my wife enjoyed their company and how well they took care of us. God bless them.
Bryan A | Expérience généraleThe unit was filthy and old. The ceiling ceiling needs to be cleaned urgently! I moved my stuff from a non-climate control drive up unit form Extra Storage and it was clean and I felt like my items would be safe. I regret not going back to Extra Storage because that Uhaul drive up space was filthy! Crazy enough the Uhaul space costs more than the Extra Storage space I had . There is a hole in one of the walls and when the unit is closed there is a space underneath. Rodents can certainly access my items! I will be moving out ASAP!
AKILAH P | Premières impressionsMs. Young was excellent in helping me with my storage unit.
MARCUS J | Premières impressionsThe site Manager and her husband were very accommodating and went out of her way to make my move in easier.
