ALICEN V | Overall ExperienceI would have rated the service better but my last interaction defined the whole experience. The GM would not refund me a prorated amount as she indicated that I was there for 7 days after payment so I'm due the entire month. Then when I said keep my rental open until the next due date, she said no because someone else will be renting it. This is double charging. which will be communicated at a higher level.

My complaint is that the price of my unit went up in price $30.00 during my use of the storage unit. I feel that if the price was going to go up, that should have been explained when we signed the contract.

They always had a friendly smile and greeting which is especially appreciated since most people they deal with are going through a stressful time of moving and/or putting possessions into storage.
