James C | Expérience généraleEasy to sign up and easy to end lease. Management is helpful and cares about customer service. The light in my unit didn't work, didn't care enough to report it, just inconveniet when it was dark. There is a large sink in the asphalt in one of the lanes. Some cars and trailers could bottom out on it.
KYLE B | Expérience généraleVERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF...Pleasure to rent from
BRENDA M | Expérience généraleA place to put your junk and forget about it. As long as you pay your bill. And that just what I did for 3 years at North parkway mini storage. And I would still have that crap piled up there if I could keep the payments up but I got cancer and now all my money is used for this! I never had any problems and my stuff wasn't infested when we moved it so that's a win! And Dave couldn't be a more helpful staff person! TY DAVE!
HARRY L | Expérience généraleThe lady and guy in the office were friendly and it was an easy process to move in and move out went my place was ready. Always lit up when I went to my unit especially at night. I didn't get the crazy rate increases my cousin at another place kept on getting.
Laquita R | Expérience généraleNice guys in the office, clean place, lots of lights, and Manager would stop by to see how everything was going so it seems like they keep an eye on things.
DARRIN B | Expérience généraleI rented a unit here and couldn’t be happier with the service. The property is spotless, well-lit, and feels very safe. The guy in the office was professional, responsive, and goes out of his way to make the process stress-free. Prices were fair as I shopped around quite a bit. I highly recommend this facility for reliable, hassle-free storage.
Nancy H | Expérience généraleI’ve had a great experience with this storage facility! The units are clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone needing extra space!
AMANDA M | Expérience généraleSecure, clean, and friendly people in the office. Will come back when I need storage again.
SHAWN B | Expérience généraleThe managers and staff are amazing friendly made me feel like I was dealing with family always so helpful and kind and there prices were amazing and more affordable then anywhere else in a 50 mile radius. This storage facility will not disappoint
Lorrinda D | Expérience généraleWonderful Staff Wirk with me when I was struggling to keep Unit
THERESA W | Expérience généraleThe staff was very supportive and helpful at all times! Any issue that may arise they always handled it in a professional manner. With all the construction in the area the staff always ensure the location stayed Neat, Clean and Safe. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
