They tried to hit my bank account for storage fee after they knew my stuff was no longer in the storage. I took my stuff out of the storage before my bill was due and they still tried to charge me..

My gut says it could have been my fault but I was bummed to know that the staff had nothing to do about it e.g. no camera footage. They were very expensive clothes so it sucks. Otherwise and with everything else this is one of the best staff I have met at any U-Haul

Eula O | Overall ExperienceSandra is an absolute nightmare — and the storage unit was always extremely hot and it was impossible to park there. The incline into the facility is crazy and makes it very difficult to roll your carg to your car, I may have given 2 or 3 star review but Sandra definitely ruined that when she yelled at me over the phone for no reason on the day I moved out.
