My issue was that they kept going up on the prices, even though when I booked the smallest unit, they told me, that's the only one that didn't change. But it kept changing, and they went up drastically

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHad my storage here for about a year and a half. Never had one single issue. The facility is clean and well maintained. The access hours were great! Never had an issue with the staff. Overall 10/10 experience!!!
LAMONICA T | Expérience généraleI had a mice stuck to my furniture dead very disgusted i had orange peels thrown in my unit live bugs as well very displeased with the exterminator upkeep
SHADORA W | Expérience généraleNone
TYREE K | Premières impressionsFor the amount of money U-Haul charges they should have more rolling carts. I’ve went there on several occasions and had to either leave or push my totes by hand to my truck because there was no carts available.
JENISE J | Expérience généraleNeed a few more carts in facility
Fredrick H | Premières impressionsThe facility is cleaned however the restroom was always disgusting.
SHANDRIEKA B | Expérience généraleWe came in to rent a truck and realized there was storage there so we asked about the storage. The young lady informed us that since we are renting a truck we qualify for a Free Month of Storage. We agreed and while at the store gave her our information and credit card . When our credit card bill came we saw a charge of $309.16 for the 'Free Storage' unit. When we pointed that out One Rep told us.. its for out of town one way...asked for the manager to clarify what we were just told about the reservation and she said since we did it online and not in the store we were charged..we live only a 15min drive from the facility and if we were told to come in ..we could have easily done that. Why Mislead people who rely on the information being told to them ..That's why the low rating and why we won't be referring any family..friends ..or... church members.
Myron J | Expérience généraleJust make sure you get insurance I had a unit on the ground floor and it flooded out. I never got reimbursed for my loss items.
kevin p | Expérience généraleEveryone was nice and friendly even when I fell on hard times and couldn't pay, but I think there should be a way where you can pay smaller payments for times you can't afford to pay for the time there. I lost everything to auction sale but I'm greatful for the time that I've used the facility.
