I never moved in because my access code was never activated. Your offices are closed on weekends and I couldn’t get help. I called U-Haul only to learn you are an affiliate not U-Haul. They couldn’t help. I went to an actual U-Haul center. I wish to close my ticket/account with your business immediately. You need to have someone call Sunday move-ins to help prevent what happened to me. And you should inform customers you are not U-Haul, but an affiliate.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWhen my cousin and her husband helped me move out, they were very impressed. Her husband mentioned that although it was far from their house, they would prefer this facility if they ever needed a unit.
Darcy L | Expérience généraleGreat customer service...Facility is nice and well maintained.
Rosalind A | Premières impressionsEverything was OK until I learned that even after paying it the expected mileage used, that I still have to fill the tank up to how I got in the truck, which is halfway filled up already. Then the extra $60 fuel fee for not filling the tank all the way up is insane. Maybe the last time I use UHaul
Laval C | Déménagement en ligneIt was a very good experience employees. I doubt every time I need it assistance.
Joe c | Expérience généraleTule Spring Uhaul has been the Best facility I have ever used to store my precious items. They are very CLEAN, easy to access, & provide great lighting. The General Manager Chris is the best! He keeps up a ship shape facility! Not to forget Amelia the warehouse manager, her skills to keep the units & warehouse clean are amazing. I can’t stop raving about Tule Springs Uhaul facility & recommend anyone in the area that needs rentals, come see Chris. Happy & satisfied customer. 😁
Maria B | Expérience généraleChris, the manager of this store checked me in. He was incredibly helpful even before the move in date via email. During check in he was very professional and courteous. Did not seem like a rushed experience what so ever. He answered all questions and drove around himself to show me the move in RV spot. Then thoroughly explained everything about the facility. The facility itself is gorgeous with plenty of useful amentities, especially the 2 hour a day trickle charge ability. A+
John s | Premières impressionsThe staff was awesome and they did a great job and helpful also Chris the manager help me with a situation and accomplished my goal and give him highest honor on customer service thank you very much
ALEJANDRO N | Expérience généraleVery helpful
CAGIE L | Premières impressionsIf there is a promotion, I should have been told about the promotion or have given a quoted price of a promotion or a quoted price with the promotion
KELLI F | Premières impressionsI was robbed
REGINALD H | Expérience généraleThe terms and conditions in the facility was straight forward and clear to the point. The facility is newer and it's always kept clean and I co.mend your stuff for doing such a great job. They were awesome. They're very cautious, respectful and professionals. I will recommend this particular U-Haul facility to anyone, any day.
CHARLES A | Expérience généraleI used the storage unit for about a year. I never had any problems with the staff or the facility. The staff was always cordial. I only had one issue, which was taken care of immediately with no questions asked. I highly recommend this U-Haul facility because it is clean and the staff is professional.
TRACY D | Expérience généraleI had a storage unit that had a glitch with the alarm system. When I opened the door it would set off the alarm no matter if I checked in or not. EVERY SINGLE TIME! It was a big unit that was a show room so it had two tiny doors and only one working door. I guess when they built the place the person setting the alarm system put it on the wrong door. When I spoke the person at the front desk about it all they said was “oh yeah we know about that unit. We’ll look into it!” I had the unit for 3 months and it was never taken care of. When I cleaned out the unit and spoke to the gentleman at the front and mentioned it to him, all he could say was “oh we can’t fix it while it occupied!” That info would have been nice to know when I first rented it out because I would have requested a different unit or not moved my stuff in until it was fixed.
