Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisStaff fell to notify us about the infestation of rats when we went into both of the units the units were filled up with feces from the rats in urine. Price for a guy to come in and take everything out of the unit was $1200 which is more than the monthly cost of the unit. Notify the office about complaint no response. The office finally gets a new manager and she does the inspection to find exactly what we were talking about the whole entire time and I know that we’re not the only ones that suffering from this infestation. again, we have two units that the rats have just demolished all of my belongings. Both units in the company has yet to contact us with the settlement.
DERRICK C | Expérience généraleI eas selling my furniture to a potential buyer and he met me at my unit with a few other guys to unload the furniture if he liked it and we would pulled out the furniture it was an embarrassing to me to see my furniture in badly damaged from the mice. I had dead mice in my unit and mice dropping on my furniture and they ate a big hole through my mattress. Of course I lost the buyer and had to apologize to him. I can’t file a claim because it’s not covered under your policy. This is very unacceptable. I will never recommend U-Haul to anyone, nor will I used them again. This was the worse experience of my life and a costly one. Lost my furniture and a buyer, not to mention the thousands of dollars I lost paying for storage. Unbelievable!
