I got kicked out of my unit and evicted even so there's no reason for eviction. As I was always on time and in full all payments due for renting unit. I was also harassed as though I was a suspect and a burglary that had occurred in the same storage facility though I was exonerated not guilty of anything except being aggravated at being locked out of my unit when I needed in my unit for my tools for work. I lost money because of their incompetence. Never so much an apology for trespassing on my business by locking me out when there was no proof that I had anything to do with their security breach. I I was left with an eviction letter on my unit door with no reason as to why I must leave. Then after I left three days after I got said notice I had started to receive late payment notices failure to pay rent and threats of locking me out from my stuff even though I had already moved everything out. I would like to know that there is some sort of checks and balances for customers who are loyal and spend more time and earnings with the contingent that U-Haul Nationwide provide. I have thought about PR but it's also thought that two wrongs don't make a right I'm going to try and rent a truck from you guys tomorrow again but not from bricktown of course but where I move to the other side of town American Storage in Oklahoma City number 3 have been the best they could be as Representatives of U-Haul and it's family tree.
