Mice.. dead and living.. was only there for month and a week. Mice droppings ruined my clothes. Still waiting to hear from facility. Mice running in and out of units. Clothes full of mouse excrement afraid to wear them or touch them I don’t want hatavirus! Call me back management!!

She would always know who I was and what my storage room number was, even when I could not remember it. If I need extra storage space, I would not hesitate to go back.
