Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisSo for the drop off. . . it was after hours. It was at 9 PM, but the parking lot was extremely dark and the parking spots for the truck were around the back of the building from the key drop. I needed to use a second cell phone and the flashlight on the phone to take usable photos of the truck for return. The place is close to my house, and this is the first time I have used it, so cant say yes or no on recommending, other than don't drop your truck after dark in that parking lot
Edward DThat was a very sketchy area. Behind a building with nothing else there. Also took me awhile to figure out where the key was. Lastly, 99 cents a mile is outrageous. Will try to find cheaper.
Margeret TYour rate for a 10' truck was more than a 20'+ truck rented from Columbia Marathon 2-weeks earlier. Only reason I rented from you was availability. Due to time constraints, I was unable to shop around. You may want to review your rates.
Ed KAlthough the representative was kind and helpful, the equipment was given to us in disrepair. This is completely unacceptable.
