I love every staff that worked there!!! They made sure I understood anything and everything. They were very welcoming I felt comfortable to go in, I would go in and just talk because the environment is really good. Matt is doing a great job with his team and this property. First time using storage and I’m glad I chose this one.

Valerie M | Expérience généraleAbout the question “was the staff friendly and helpful?”: Friendly, yes. Helpful, not so much. Your employees are only as good as their training. You have 2 men at the counter handling customers, but only one, Deshaun, knew how to use the computer. The other one just sat there unable to assist me until finally Deshaun explained how to log into your website. It took a miserable half hour just to get my reserved storage locker that I had preregistered and set up online. It’s sad that your less knowledgeable employee didn’t receive the proper training to do the job. Maybe it was his first day? I think he could do a lot better if you work with him. I don’t understand how the website indicates access up until 10pm, but there’s no one there after 7pm for a key.
