Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGreat service and space. The lift made it easy for storing things on second floor.
Matt G | Expérience généraleI had to cancel this storage and lost my $20 deposit. Not a location i will ever choose again based on that customer service, nor refer to anyone.
Paula N | RéservationThe lights in the staircase at the back end don’t come on until you get to the top of the stairs. Other than that everything was great. Thanks.
Melissa C | Expérience généraleI didn't move out? Is this email a joke? What happend to my stuff?
PETER L | Expérience généraleThe staff is great and i just upgraded to a much larger unit. Even though i had most everything on pallets in the unit, there was water damage to lots of boxes on back wall and floor was wet hence the rating. The staff is 5 out of 5 stars and this location is my go to now for all my bookings with uhaul if they have the equipment available. If it wasn't for the leaking or moisture built up from humidity it would of been 5/5 across the board.
MICHAEL R | Expérience généraleThank you very much for the use of your storage unit. The attendant was very helpful and personable. If required we will use your facility again.
Frank S | Expérience généraleWe only had this storage unit for 2 months, when we went to remove our belongings the entire unit had been infested with mice. There were droppings and stains over all our furniture. No food was stored in there not sure of the attraction but it was gross. Our couch went right in the dump.
Valerie B | Expérience généraleMany occasions the heat in our units were not turned on. This resulted in the loss of multiple pieces of furniture due to mold. There is no security. We had a break in to one of our units and they stole some valuable items. No cameras on that side of the building. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.
Garry S | Expérience généraleManeuvering around the back parking lot to get access is tight for some units, especially in large vehicles. Other than that the space met my needs and the staff was very friendly.
Richard S | Expérience généraleOn my second month there when I went to get some items out of the unit my things were full of condensation and there was bugs in my unit. I went to speak to the representative at the desk and I asked him if this was normal and explain that I felt that the whole point of paying for a storage unit was so that you could count on your items being OK. The day I was there even the hallways smelled musty. When I explained the situation to the representative At the desk he looked at me and said “well what do you want me to do about it”. Thats why i moved my things out.
Michelle G | Expérience généraleLittle to no security. We did not have many valuables in the locker however it would have been easy access should anyone wanted to gain entry.
