Michele T | Overall ExperienceI was charged $84 and some change when the uhaul was suppose to be 1 month free when I spoke with an agent over the phone but when I went into the facility she stated she was refunding my credit card and starting fresh so instead of me having Storage Rm 488 she gave me Storage Rm 449 so I'm just looking at my credit card online to see when it will be refunded

ERICA B | Online Move InI just wish that U-Haul would go back to its past practices. Meaning that if you leave before your payment due date, then the remaining time should be prorated. I don’t feel that if you leave a couple days after payment, that the entire payment is taken and is deemed non refundable.

RENIA P | First ImpressionsI was paying for climate control unit that had on mini split unit one. My storage until was over 85 degrees on a daily basis. I paid extra for climate control and there was no difference than renting an outdoors unit
RODNEY W | Overall ExperienceThey took everything out of my former unit without my permission and rented it to someone else. All of my items were about to be thrown away. Management was inconsistent with communication.
