Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery good move in was easy
Joanne K | Premières impressionsNever had one problem. My things were safe.
OLIVIA W | Expérience généraleI am very glad that u -haul has reliable trucks, vans, and employees!
Ervin H | Expérience généraleKa was a very helpful person on my move, been with U-Haul for almost a year now and I have nothing but good to say about them. And thank you Ka for helping me out I appreciate it!
Kenneth P | Expérience généraleAlways pleased to do business with Park Forest U-Haul!
Ray A | Expérience généraleI wish I could give this U-Haul team more than five stars because they truly deserve it. I stored my belongings at this location for two years after experiencing one of the most difficult and uncertain times in my life. I lost my Home, and the heartbreak was overwhelming, and having to placed my personal belonging into storage was an emotional experience in itself. They treated me with compassion, kindness, patient and dignity. They never made me feel judged or like I was just another customer. They were understanding and accommodating, and genuinely cared for two years. They consistently went above and beyond the expected level of service. Their professionalism was exceptional, but it was their humanity that stood out the most. Thank you for being so kind..
Carolyn S | Expérience généraleThe guy sweeping outside on 8.1.26 helped tremendously and I literally clicked this link to thank him. I appreciate you for helping me move the truck and guiding me. Above and beyond. Also the lady at the counter was extremely professional and helpful during a a peak period of business.
DEVON H | Premières impressionsThe UHaul team in Park Forest are extremely helpful and provide excellent customer service. They remember their past customers and always provide the options for the customer request.
norma h | Expérience généraleThe manager Kay is awesome!
Frank I | Expérience généraleI am disappointed in the fact that u haul charges as much for the 10x10 storage as the 10x15 and continently NEVER have the 10x15. It’s a ripoff. The 10x10 is so small that I may have to get a second space. As a senior it will be a bit much! If it were not for Brittany and Carlos I may have changed my mind. They are very nice, patient and helpful. There was another guy who helped me out but I’m sorry that I didn’t remember his name. He said he was new.
