Kim E | Online Move InI told these office staff workers NUMEROUS times that we needed to abandon the unit as it was for my Mother that was dying and we were out of the country for the next 6 months. 5 months later they gave a ridiculous excuse saying that even though I did tell them that months ago they would have needed to hear it from my husband who was sitting right next to me each time they were told that. They never mentioned that we needed to sign an abandonment letter until nearly 6 months later and after $900 if additional fees were assessed. The manager is utterly ridiculous
