John O. | Online Move InI paid for climate control to store family photos, and high value guns. Several guns have rust on them and two are irreparable. One was my Grandfathers and the barrel has rust all the way through barrel and is useless now. I have not dug into pictures yet. Fearful humidity that rendered 1,000's of dollars of loss with guns destroyed family photos and documents. I was told humidity, heat, and cold was within safe storage levels. I also found an inch of water on the top of a Rubbermaid storage tub. Either water got in from roof or there was significant humidity to have that much condensation. I stated this to the agent and all he said was "sorry about that" leaving me to deal with this another way.
