Shelley C | Overall ExperienceMelanie was very helpful and friendly and the unit that I rented was clean, but by the strip of units that contained my unit was next to a tree line with over hanging limbs that scraped the sides of my inclosed trailer. Also, due to the trees and weather, the roll up door had piles of leaves against it every time I’d return to the unit. The sectional I had in there started to mildew within two months of being in there, probably due to the tree coverage and humidity. In my opinion, the trees are an issue and I would only use the facility again if I could get a unit away from the tree line. Once again, Melanie always answered my calls or called me right back with perfect customer service and I was able to pay rent conveniently.

She has gone over and beyond to make us satisfied. I would recommend these units to anyone looking for storage. And I think your staff deserves a raise.
