Latoya C | Overall ExperienceIt was great at first with being a great choice with a great rate then came the constant rate hikes. Over my time there I seen the rate go up $40 a month which is absolutely insane. When we got to pay more for a storage unit then we do for our cars and insurance then we need to re-evaluate if that unit is needed. We got to do better. If the rates go up then building up keep needs to be better. Just go and look at the flooring at the climate controlled area. It’s absolutely abismal. It’s like you are going acrosss the Rocky Mountains. Instead of mangers getting raises they need to be working on those floors. Obviously we are paying those managers and building manger to much. Do better U-Haul. Repair your building.
