Haley G | Expérience généraleThanks for keeping our items safe
Edgar M | Expérience généraleHad a storage unit at Fontana Self Storage for 7 years! The facility itself is very secure, always clean, and well maintained. My unit in particular was a small one located indoors. The building was always immaculate and clean. They provided a flat cart near the door for you so you don’t have to carry everything. And best part is that it was climate controlled and the A/C always worked very well! Definitely a nice perk to have moving stuff on hot summer days! If I ever need storage again in Fontana this will be my first stop!
JOHN P | Expérience généraleThis is the cleanest, friendliest, well kept storage I’ve ever rented. I never saw one single bug or rodent since I started renting here and I’ve had three storage units. The place is well surveillanced . I highly recommend it.
Elizabeth Z | Expérience généraleI always felt that my storage items were safe and well protected. The management was available and very helpful. Best storage unit I have ever had. Thank you!
RICHARD P | Expérience généraleI had to close my account because I was moving, But the staff and facility are the best I've ever had. I highly recommend Fontana Storage to anyone needing storage; they are the best!
Ronald W | Expérience généraleThank you for everything! Always felt comfortable coming to the storage unit.
JENNIFER A | Expérience généraleGreat facility and customer service. Will definately return in the future if the need arises. Maria was great!! Highly Recommend!!
ACE C | Expérience généraleI never received any callbacks about my unit. I was in the hospital and fell back on payments and honestly slipped my mind until I called. I was told a manager would be reaching out and they never did. I’m literally just finding out you all emptied my unit without my knowledge. My mom died when I was 14 and some of my lasts things I have from her are in there. I literally have nothing and been living in my car so to find out I just lost my last of everything to my name is hurtful. I was just gonna go down there tomorrow!!! I wish I would’ve gotten a call at least before emptying my until
Shahidah M | Expérience généraleFontana Self storage was a highly efficient and professional storage center. From the front office's customer support, to their hospitality and kindness. I would definitely refer friends and family to them. Maria was beyond helpful.
