Shane G | First ImpressionsI got the storage unit a little over a year ago and I always had 24 hour access to the hours I worked and for no reason things cut them off and want to talk to the manager he said we've never had 24-hour service it said well I've had it for the last year said well we don't I said well okay I guess I'll move out then did nothing to accommodate me

Brian K | Overall ExperienceI had no contact with the office or employees, so I cannot comment on that. Unfortunately we had an issue with water in our unit multiple times, which is why we decided to move out and find a new facility. We will likely be moving into another UHaul storage unit but choosing climate control this time instead. I did send an email to the management staff regarding the water, but never received a response.
Tiffany P | Overall ExperienceThe latches are rusty and sometimes difficult to open. Had a roof leak in unit 56 which wrecked boxes of paperwork.
