When speaking with someone about processing my move-out request that was placed 12 days prior, the representative I spoke with was very brash. During the call it dropped due to poor cellular connection, and when I called her back, she yelled at me for "hanging up on her" and told me not to do that again. I explained that the call was dropped and I did not hang up on her. She was not apologetic and treated me poorly.

There was a lot of confusion as the RV covering units were not numbered. It would be such an easy fix. Also the unit I had signed up for had another vehicle in it. So, I was given another one after the staff figured out which number that one was. The female staff was very helpful and worked hard appearing to be the only staff member there to assist customers.

I really appreciate the staff at both uhaul places here in Rochester Minnesota. The staff was very helpful in explaining what I would need and helping me get the uhaul and storage that I needed. The customer service is off the charts they really have the friendliest most welcoming staff and I loved that about my visit. No inconvenience. No disrespect. No waiting. Even with the covid-19 going on they remain to maintain excellent business and I salute and thank you guys.

I was not pleased with one of the employees at the time of check out. All others were excellent. It came down to buying back unused boxes. I would like to explain over the phone.
