JUNE M | Overall ExperienceThe door was too difficult to open and shut. They oiled it which helped but it was still too difficult. I didn’t appreciate their locks as I questioned if it was secure. The locks you must use should go through both holes not just one. A battery powered light on ceiling would be helpful.

Another agent added the day at no extra cost so my original reservation times were restored. The mix up caused me a lot of stress, but I appreciate the fix of the lost day.
