Communication between staff is horrible! My storage unit has been robbed and I didn't know about it until I came to the unit! Homeless people stay around the property and nothing is done about it at all! Staff wasn't helpful just said to make a police report! Then two weeks ago I was informed that they were no longer using the outside storage units and I had to relocate all my things to a storage unit nearby or use a storage box. Had they let me know sooner I would have made plans but given short notice they moved all my things to a u-storage box and didn't even call me to let me know they had done it! I would 0/10 recommend this storage unit to anyone! If you want your unit constantly being ransacked and everytime you visit your lock is damaged due to someone attempting to pick it then this would definitely be the storage location for you!
