Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery nice workers helpful respectful
Betty T | Premières impressionsI would like a call back from cooperate.
CARMEN L | Expérience généraleMy access code texted to me wouldn't work, but I was able to get in to the facility. Next time I go in I have to get a slide card. This was the only inconvenience.
Dominick K | Déménagement en ligneBathrooms were pretty disgusting. Office closed early. Access to unit later than 10pm.
Adrian C | Expérience généraleEveryone I had to talk to and work with were very professional and friendly. Especially the facility manager! I would definitely recommend this location.
Edward C | Premières impressionsGot the 1 month free storage deal and had excellent service
Jordan B | Premières impressionsI would have liked to give 5 stars, because the staff is so friendly but they needs to work on keeping the storage area cleaner. The bathroom in the storage area was dirty and out of soap. One day a customer moved in something that spilled white beads all over the elevator floor and the hall of the second floor of the facility. The next day it was still there, grinding down into a powder. We ended up getting that powder and beads in the soles of our shoes. It was obvious the cleaning staff never did any rounds. They should be checking the grounds and facility daily. It was part of the reason I decided not to keep the unit. The first unit they rented me was dirty, but tagged as clean. They had to switch me to a different unit. On the way out I had to use the restroom and it was dusty, no soap, and the sink was dirty. I could tell it had not been cleaned for some time.
Coletha B | Expérience généraleGreat customer service
hellen s | Expérience généraleProfessionalism and functionalism go together well; without those two essential factors, my funds would be spent elsewhere.
