kristine c | First ImpressionsThe only suggestion I would have is to cut the curb by the door in the back of the building to the storage so that it has a ramp instead of curb for those that have to push the cart from the road or parking lot to the door.
FRANK H | Overall ExperienceThe manager has some serious issues and loves to take her everyday life outside of work out on peopld that rent from this location, she needs a serious attitude adjustment.i don’t know anyone who would give a person like her a manager position. I stored my stuff there for two weeks after which was told to move my stuff out and that they no longer would rent to me all because someone tried to break into my storage, and I let them know that there was a issue after which the manager disappeared and then the fallowing day was asked to move out since they would no longer be renting to me. It’s not my fault someone tried to break into my unit, they are suppose to have security however I only saw security kne time and the staff could not care less about their jobs or keeping anything clean or secure. I pay to keep my belongings safe in a storage with security and even make sure to get s goid insurance plan since i know how things happen. So I don’t understsnd why I have to leave anc they didn’t even care ny unit was broken into. The key pads and swipe cards never work correctly for both the building, the bathroom? Or the unit, the doors are always open even after hours, and the lights never stay kn or come on when they are supposed to go. Needless to say my experience at this location was horrible and I will not ever refer them or return to this location.
