I rented a truck from Uhaul on top of renting a storage unit. My entire interaction with Uhaul has been a complete nitemare. The truck ran horrible and wasn't safe. And I was supposed to have 24 access to my storage unit only to be locked out when I arrived. The agent I called tried calling multiple managers to receive access and not 1 of them answered the phone. I will be be filing a formal complaint and will never use Uhaul again or recommend Uhaul to a nyone.
