Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis U-Haul storage facility in Leavenworth, KS was great! We used it for a couple of months without any issues. The facility was clean and safe for visiting after hours. We also rented a truck a few days after the third month storage fee was automatically made and the management refunded our storage fee. Great staff to deal with. Thanks!

Brenda P | Expérience généraleI found some of the staff very helpful; however, other staff I found to be unfriendly, condescending, and at times unprofessional. I found Dalton to be on the side of rude two different times, while pleasant one time. The large woman (I apologize-I do not remember her name) to also be rude. I wish this survey were 0-10, because there were employees that went out of their way to assist me. My reason for leaving U-Haul storage was related to cost. I found another storage facility that was well maintained, had excellent customer service and was a full $50 a month cheaper than U-Haul. Thank you.
