Don was very helpful during checkout. I have had experience with Don in the past and he was a gentleman and very helpful each time. I no longer need storage, but if I did I would use this facility and I would hope he was there to help again. Top notch employees here.
Kelly F | Overall ExperienceWARNING: DANGEROUS DO NOT UTILIZE THIS FACILITY! Homeless People staying in Units, Preying on Customers Attempting to Access their Unit. I Found Several Times, What Appeared to be that Our "Lock" on the Unit, had been Tampered with (As if Someone was "Attempting" to Gain Access. I brought this to Management's & Employee's Attention and was told that According to the "Rental Agreement ", the Facility is NOT Responsible for "Lost, Stolen or Damaged" Property". I made numerous attempts to resolve this issue with the Facility, inevitably ending in the Facility "locking" me out of my Unit and Selling my Possessions. I am filing an Action against this Facility for recourse of what is Clearly a Case of "Retaliatory Conduct". If You take your chances with this FACILITY, Remember...You were Warned. Michelle I | Overall ExperienceI went in the store on October 18 to cancel my storage. I gave my storage number B127. The guy wrote it down and said ok you’re good. I said I don’t need to sign anything, he said nope. And on October 28, I got charged $128. When I called in I was told by the woman on the phone she would talk to the manager about my refund. She said ma’am we are busy. That’s no excuse for not doing something properly. I’m expected to follow the rules. But it seems as though that’s not the case for employees. I understand this is a trying time. I myself lost my house in hurricane Helena. So paying extra money for something I was done with, really wasn’t in the budget. I was told to call back to make sure the refund got put through. Not good customer service.

You provided a safe and clean place to store our belongings which was so important to our recovery...both physical and emotional.
