Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisStaff worked with me in my situation and I m very grateful. Always friendly and professional
william w | Expérience généraleAfter 7 yrs with Uhaul, my credit card being charged without my permission, I found a better storage unit. Same size, climate controlled, definitely much taller, so more rome. Maybe close to a fraction at what I paid at UHaul in salisbury mass .
MAEGHAN C | Expérience généraleFormer employee. I was fired for refusing to do illegal practices, i.e. signing ppl up for 1st month storage rental for free without their knowledge or consent. And was set up to be made to look like I was racist...when indeed I am not. In fact I have 2 adopted brothers that are African American. I am very offended at the comments that the GM at Salisbury mass has been saying to new employees and to some customers calling me a bad person and racist.....that GM is one of the worst in UHaul history. I would never consider storing with UHaul nor working for ever again after the way a stellar employee has been treated along with I'm sure scores of others
DAVID S | Expérience généraleThank you! Josh was very helpful as well as the lady who signed me out yesterday. You helped me store my stuff as I was retiring from work! Great location and staff! I will recommend to others. 👍🏻
Eliza G | Expérience généraleDan at the front desk was very helpful and efficient!
Sally Z | Expérience généraleJJ helped me and he did an excellent job. It couldn’t have been any easier. I am moving my things from another storage facility and UHaul makes it easy.
Caitlin M | Premières impressionsI felt it was too expensive.
GERALD S | Expérience généraleI've been especially happy with the storage facility as I started out with three of the largest units and I worked my way to the one 5x5 Everyone has been very accommodating and helpful! I wouldn't know how I would have downsized without the storage that was available The people are great
Denise H | Expérience généraleJosh and the crew were always amazing and helpful!
