I had to go to the new location to sign up for my account and then back to old location to store my stuff. I don't have a car, so I had to go sleep 4 Uber rides to do this. This was very frustrating and costly.

rOLAND P. | First ImpressionsI had very good experience with U-Haul at the Parkdale location for many years. However, that changed this summer. They decided to move the office across the street with no notice to customers. I drove up to pay my monthly bill and saw the big sign that stated "We moved" and the gate to the property was standing open. The phone number on the sign was not working. I drove over to the new office the next day and the situation was not as bad as it appeared at first, but the damage had already been done. If they did that to us once, what will they pull next time? It would have been nice to receive a letter or email stating that they value my business. Obviously, they don't. I will say that Gricelda, Quinn, and other people associated with the property have been extremely nice and professional. It ended up working out well. I have now settled into a new location run by a different company.

U-Haul still charged me and now I'm having to wait to get my money back when I never should've been charged in the first place they assured me that it was canceled but yeah I still got charged.
