I don’t think it should be an extra charge to have that since it doesn’t bother anyone to have to open the gate but still good to have when you are moving between houses and you have a lot of stuff to move. Storage room was clean and thanks for the free lock. Nice touch.

SANDRA V | Overall ExperienceThere was a lit of turnover in personnel in the year I used the facility. Some staff members were better than others on customer service. Overall I was happy with the service. One note: the access card reader is very poorly placed. You have to get out of the car going in or out. Moving it would be a huge improvement.
Michelle B | Overall ExperienceWhen we first moved in the manager was Catherine she was amazing when she was removed a new manager moved in by then he was Samantha or contract had been altered Everything Has Changed they removed my brother active military and my rent went up they took the key from the garbage bin change the lock and wanted to charge us for using the garbage bin. The ladies restroom toilets were filthy. And the rent keep going up. After Ms Catherine left everything changed and everything started going down you we were very dissatisfied with the services. This is why we moved out.
Anna E | Overall ExperienceLaughed when I first opened the storage unit, the staff left a brand new lock in the unit .. just in case ! But I still had my locks from last time we used the facility .. so I gave it back and said to pass it on if possible to another customer that might need it more than we did :)
