After nearly 8 years, I can honestly say this place has been outstanding. The staff is always friendly and genuinely helpful, the pricing is fair, and the location and hours are super convenient. Access is always quick and hassle-free. When you keep coming back for 8 years, that speaks for itself — highly recommend!

Katherine R | Expérience généraleAt times I had problems reaching someone in the office by phone, but when I did they were very friendly and helpful.
CYNTHIA S | Expérience généraleThank you, we were not ready to utilize please cancel. Thank you.
rebecca m | RéservationNavigating the one way corridor driveway is extremely limiting. Also temperature regulation i now realize is a top priority in storage unit moving during the cold and heat waves can be unbearable. I would like to call out Brooke as extremely helpful during my last couple of months in Seattle. Thanks Brooke!
Craig M | Expérience généraleI had a great experience moving in with help of the manager she set me up with the perfect unit 10x20 and I was very happy. It seems they do a great job of taking of there customers in my time I've been moving things in and have noticed they do a good job of doing there rounds to keep a good presence around the facility. Very pleased with that as I know storage units especially outdoor units like mine can be targets for thiefs.
Kaiden M | RéservationVery easy process to get moved in and staff are super nice and helpful!
Sabrina T | RéservationDoor going into my building did not lock.
Eric N | Expérience généraleA bare bones storage that does the job. Cheap, accessible and great staff. Never had an issue in the 3 years we used this facility.
Samantha P | Expérience généraleWas an agonizing effort to cancel service with my unit and had little contact from the staff and ended up paying multiple months past my initial move out.
Andrew S | Expérience généraleWe the facility during a project we had going on down in Seattle. It made things much more convenient for us to securely keep our tools down closer to the job. It was very easy to rent a unit and move out of a unit. We highly recommend this facility for storage needs
