Gurpreet SJake went above and beyond to help me out on moving day! Thank you so much for all your help.
Athena PIts not a problem with this location, Its a problem with U-Haul saying one thing in the App and documentation, but the reality is the electronic system DOES NOT WORK, at least at this location. This is not a location problem, but a UHaul problem for not being able to identify which locations provide which services. In addition, Uhaul needs to have minimum standards, for example there must be a drop box available 24/7.
