Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisStaff was amazing. Connor was pleasant, professional, helpful
William S | Expérience généraleI was extremely unimpressed to find that the instructions to utilize my unit were incorrect. Via email I was advised that my free lock would be present in my unit at the time I arrived. I arrived with my items to be stored, got to my unit, and there was no lock. My paperwork stated that the lock was available in the office, which was not open at the time I arrived. I had to come back on a different day to get my lock, which was extremely inconvenient. Had I been made aware that my lock needed to be picked up from the office, I would’ve ensured I was there during office hours.
Lexie S | Déménagement en ligneI fully and wholeheartedly recommend Uhaul for long distance moving and storage. I found Uhaul going above and beyond anything that I expected or needed. I had looked at moving companies but Uhaul exceeded anything that the moving companies could do that includes costs.
Wayne S | Expérience généraleDavid P was very helpful, noting promotions uhaul has & how to use facilities.
Micheal K | Premières impressionsStaff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable!
STANTON B | Expérience généraleVery clean, convenient. Staff helpful. Very secure. Highly recommended!
SUZANNE B | Expérience généraleBathrooms were disgusting! Employee acted like we were bothering him by being there. However, the facility is really nice.
Pamela P | Premières impressionsThe gentleman who helped me was by himself and juggling everything. He is an employee you want to hold onto. You dont find to many like him.
Brandon W | Premières impressionswould recommend, and I would utilize there services anytime I need them.
STACI A | Expérience généraleI received a call saying our unit was locked after we had checked out. This was not the case. The person on the phone told me they had just been to the unit and it was locked - when I had the lock with me at home. I'm sure it was an administrative error, but it made it seem unorganized. The check in method was also unclear, as we were supposed to type in a code to disarm the alarm to our unit. We were given a code, but the app/email was unclear exactly what the code was for and where to input the code. Finally, other storage facilities come with locks on their unit, while we had to purchase a lock for this unit.
JEFFREY B | Expérience généraleGreat place great staff and keeps up the great job 👏.
SARA M | Expérience généraleAll of the staff were amazing and very helpful. The facility was clean and organized. Best storage facility I’ve ever used. I would definitely use it again. A+ rating
