We need Dollys in the vehicles. I had to actually go buy one because there was not one available.

Everything was very nice
Grace Jservice was excellant but the buildings and storage lot was very dated and run down
john hDominique was not at the location so I had to call. She said to park everything and leave the keys in the drop box and she’d check me in when she got there in an hour. The next day she still hadn’t checked my rentals in and it was getting close to the time so I had to call again. Whilst she ended up checking me in on time, it was stressful to know that everything was still checked out to me even though I turned everything in 24 hours early so I wouldn’t incur any extra fees.
Andrew WTruck was on empty and still had furniture in the back from a previous rental. Apparently they don’t check on returns at all at this location. Luckily the area manager for U-Haul helped get me in another truck within an hour
