Over and beyond I want to say a special thank you to Dejuan Hayward -Sloan, General Manager. I was in a bit of a bind while checking out of my storage unit. I didn’t realize that the wide door locks after business hours. My furniture was too big to get through the smaller door so I called the general name from the poster on the door. I called Mr. Sloan and explained my situation and he came after closing and raining to open the door so that we could make it back to Michigan that day. He was truly our Superman by going over and beyond the call of duty. Excellent customer service and would definitely refer my friends and family. Again Thank you!!

However when I got there the code given to me did not work and the sign on the door said 10pm was the cutoff time. I had to throw over $1,000 worth of items into y’all trash bin because I could get in to store my stuff and needed to turn in my uhaul. I was also informed later on that because I had a one way rental that I was suppose to get the first month free for my unit which I was charged for and waiting for my refund

Florence D | Online Move InI would have liked better lighting in the isles. Whenever I went to the facility the lights would shut off and I would still be there. I had to make movement to have the lights on again. Just an annoyance to have to stop what I was doing to go into the hallway and trigger the lights again. Other than that I thought it was a very good facility.

The process of getting a unit and then moving out of a unit was great! Just the app didn't let me upload photos so had to go to the office to complete the move out process.
