felicia s. | First ImpressionsBethann is wonderful and understood my situation, was kind and offered suggestions on how to handle the crisis I was in and my desire to make things as right as possible regarding my storage unit. The number of times I tried to express this to Danielle was pointless, she was cold and didn't care - not that my issues are her issues but personal issues prevent payments from being made. If she is so worried about collecting funds, she might want to up her customer service to be like Bethann. And furthermore, had the lock been removed from my unit in OCTOBER, when I was caught up, I would have been moved out then but getting Danielle to do anything to help in this situation so I could move out of the unit was impossible. Want better reviews? Be more like Bethann.

Some roofing leaks in the storage isles made the floors a bit slippery the day I checked out but the water didn't get into my unit or damaged anything. Trucks ran well . Thanks for your helping in my move back to my hometown after 14 years !!!
Thomas F. | Overall ExperienceThe outside unit didn't have enough lighting between the 2 rows. Customer service couldn't have been any better at the facility. The team is a REALLY good group of people that excel in customer service.
William R. | Overall ExperienceThe GM there was awful. I had called a week prior when the GM Danielle was not there and asked the employee to leave a note to have her call me back before I was billed again for a unit I was not using. I ended up getting billed again a week later with no phone call. Then the GM proceeded to mock me and excercise some of the worst customer service skills I've seen in my life when I decided to call in again. She hung up on me twice because I started to get upset with someone that wasn't willing to put the effort in to help me as I'm being charged $148 for something I was not using. Her attempts to explain the reasoning were poor and very vague. The unit itself isn't bad but if you can avoid having to interact with this individual I would. I made it maybe 2 sentences into our phone conversation before she became hostile with me and I had been very calm and very clear about why I was calling with no anger to my voice to start off with. She did nothing but escalate the situation and make things worse for both of us. I will not be returning solely based off my experience with Danielle. I'd suggest a different position if you can't keep a calm manner with customers and learn de-escalation skills. I would not want you as the face of my business.
