Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe facility was clean and easily accessible. Alice was always very helpful, friendly and professional.
Erin Z | Expérience généraleThank you and keep up the great work! I will surely recommend you to others!!
Natalee M | Expérience généraleThis is great space for storing your things, and the customer service at this location (as well as the downtown location) was exceptional.
Holli E | Expérience généraleThe customer service I received from U-Haul was excellent!
Holli E | RéservationU can give people back there money if they get out early
Anthony B | Expérience généraleThe rollers to the unit doors stick and are difficult to open. Maybe new rollers or regular lubrication is needed.
Patricia S | Expérience généraleA clean, well run and secure operation.
Steve S | Expérience généraleThe staff here are super kind and friendly, and have always been helpful. It is a very safe and clean storage operation!
Shawna J | Expérience généraleDylan at Hinds and Hinds (Northside) provided excellent service. He made renting a storage unit seamless. The facility is also wonderful, safe and clean.
Sri L | RéservationThe staff were always so kind and considerate. They are also quite professional. The only thing I found awkward was the monthly cost for the unit, but I imagine it's the same at other facilities in general.
Demian D | Expérience généraleI really enjoyed my time at the El Prado,NM location. People were helpful and courteous.
Rosalinda V | Expérience généraleYounger woman was inattentive and it seems as though our business was inconvenient for her. Middle aged woman is delightful. Passcode to gate is inordinately long. A "seeing eye" switch on the gate coming out would be helpful instead of having to re-input code.
Ronald U | Expérience généraleThis is an excellent storage facility. The office staff Alice & Estrella are extremely helpful !
Lynn B | Expérience généraleThank you everything went great!
Deborah B | Expérience généraleWe had a storage unit with Hinds & Hinds at Hail Creek for 10 years. The staff was always helpful and we had no problems at all with the location or the unit.
Kenton P | Expérience généraleYou are very fortunate to have such wonderful management and staff at this /northside/ location If I should need storage in the future - I would call them immediately. Thank you. A
Ann H | Expérience généraleHighly recommended....secure place to keep valuables...staff always willing to help...very clean area
Francina C | Expérience généraleYour Front desk woman I feel so badly that I don’t remember her name. She was fantastic she was communicative and helped me at every turn when I moved in an out she was available. She has such good communication skills and great patience. You should know you have a very valued employee there.
Stephanie W | Expérience généraleEverything was great except the hours. Closing access at 6 is way too early for people who work 9-5. Consider allowing later access during the week.
