MIRANDA G | First ImpressionsThe entire experience was stressful. I was told by the U-Haul phone rep that the storage unit would be bigger than the U-Box but it was not. I don't believe the space is big enough. I will find out soon enough. Topher went above and beyond the call of duty, and knew what he was doing. He showed patience and grace towards me and my son.

JAMES C | First ImpressionsLike usual, always happy with my U-Haul experiences, the young lady who were believe her name was Kayla who helped me take care of a previous issue. That was my fault with a reservation. She took care of that problem and made my entire move-in process go very smoothly me out with a lock in the gate and a couple other things.

Sidney M | First ImpressionsAsked for a climate controlled unit. When I arrived after office hours to move in I realized it was not climate controlled. I was in a bind and had to go ahead and move my things in the unit I was assigned. I have not been able to stop by during business hours to discuss the issue.
