Staff was very helpful and friendly
JULIE D | Overall ExperienceThis review is for the staff at my local U-Haul. They were very helpful and understanding of my situation and were always removing late fees for me. One guy actually removed a $350 debt from my account once. Thanks guys! You're the best! As for the company itself, they kept raising the rent to a point I could no longer pay it.
