Some of my stuff that is the only thing that makes me unhappy about my experience. With this U-Haul, the insurance company did not do what they were supposed to and contact me. I left several messages with the insurance company and never heard back from them.

So when I got there to drop my stuff off, the office was already closed and there was no lock inside of my unit and the alarm went off when I opened my unit and I had to reach out to The text number of the storage supervisor and she was very helpful, and ultimately I was able to put my stuff into my unit, but after a long day of moving there was at least a half an hour delay and being able to do that because someone had to come down and bring me a lock to put on my unit.

I was able to walk into this location and not be hassle by a sales person as soon as I walked in my husband and myself were able to look around at the example unit that you have and when we were ready, we were able to walk right up to a friendly face at the Desk. The woman behind the counter was able to explain everything to me and explained it amazing and answered all of my questions and was very polite and professional, and we decided to rent a storage unit from this location.

PETER M | Déménagement en ligneBring that I had an handicap unit, I feel it should have been with light in thus unit. If I'd stop by after 8 pm I 'd have to use a flash light and the light on my phone. THEREFORE they should look into that.
