I marked cleanliness and well maintained as a no only because 9 out of 10 times the shelf storage aisles had debris scattered throughout when I was there. However I did see an improvement, so kudos. Just with the price i was paying for storage, I expected to have a clean facility at all times. It truly makes a difference when your entrusting someone with your property.
