I had a great experience at this storage facility. Laurie was great and all staff were friendly. The only bad thing I have to say is that there was another customer that was extremely rude to me . I was getting my stuff out of my storage. This rude lady tells us to move out of her way. There was a parking stall but she parked in front of my car. She started yapping how everyday she has to tell someone to move . I just said to her she didn't have to be so rude. She started cursing at me and blamed me for her losing her key to her storage. I almost wanted to call the police. The lady looks like she lives in her car . I just think it was uncalled for and things like that shouldn't happen. I didn't feel safe around her. But other than that customer I had a great experience.

It makes all the diff in the world when you give great customer service, because you want their business. Their great experIence will generate more ppl. Nice going Uhaul.
