Mario M. | Overall ExperienceI had a storage unit for about12 or 13 years everything was fine until 2 or 3 months before I got rid of my 2 units first they doubled billed me for one then they said they couldn't refund or transfer the payment then when I turned it in it was on the 5th of the month they said they couldn't prorated so I paid for 20 days on an empty unit then a month later when I turned in my other unit it was on the first of the month they said I had to pay for the whole month or it would be turned in to collections im 63 years old disabled have very little money I will never recommend uhaul to anyone I feel that after 12 or 13 years as a loyal customer it was a slap in the face they said it was corporate policy well shame on you uhaul.
