I stopped renting on the same day that auto pay deducted money from my account. Everything was great about the storage facility and staff. Would just like to be reimbursed for this month. Thank you Stephen Marks 559-786-0762
Stephen M | Overall ExperienceThe young lady I spoke to the Saturday I picked up was professional and sweet. Not a common combination. She had me in and out in minutes. Love the size and affordability of the truck. not so much the amount of fuel it consumes. Great semi rural location with a huge corner lot. At drop off a different lady was professional and helpful in describing the payment transaction. Thanks Uhaul!

Stephen J | First ImpressionsWe were evicted from our unit because of a construction project. We were given two days notice to get out. We have been loyal customers for 4 years and have paid on time. The owners of the property do not care about their customers- they only care about getting rich off the shortage of storage units in Visalia. During our eviction, the assistant manager was condescending but the manager was decent.
