Nora N. | First ImpressionsI just wanted to explain #5 answer. Normally, it was very well maintained. We had not seen inside our unit since winter. The crack in the outside pavement now extended into our unit among others. Since spring thaw it has widened and actually looks like a sink hole might be forming. I would have it checked out. It could deter business or if something too heavy is on that area may even collapse. But when we moved in it was just a line crack. That was about 13 years ago.
