David walked us through the gate procedure and then took us directly to our storage unit. At the unit, David opened the door, gave us a brand new lock and showed us how to lock our door properly. He was very helpful and easy to talk with!

jeremy w | Overall ExperienceLighting outside of the units was awful. We were moving from ME to CT and this was the closest location with a large unit. When we got there the rope attached to the door handle was frozen into the ice in front of the unit. When we asked for help the guy handed me an ice chipper. When we came back 3 weeks later to remove our items the ice in front of the unit was worse. Not only was this a HUGE safety issue, but the warmer days caused it to melt and it was so high up the water went right into our unit. Boxes destroyed, furniture sitting in water and mattresses as well. All they had to do was shovel in front of the units and none of that would have happened. Laziness. I feel bad for the other unit owners who have no idea what they are walking into.
