Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe overall experience of renting this storage unit was great; I signed up on the app, got assigned a unit with a free lock, got a code and a green light to go. What I’d like to see improved is the appearance and cleanliness of the general area around the storage unit. The road and the weeds and bits of trash along the fence that remained the two months I was there could have been more pleasant. The door on my unit kept unrolling and hit me in the head at least once but I’d have to touch the nasty spiderweb buggy part of the bottom of the door to hold it in place for a good 20 seconds to get it to stay up. I never complained about it because I wasn’t planning on being there long. Staff was helpful and polite. I would recommend the place. It was pretty convenient overall.

He walked me through every step, use of the keypad, hours of operation, location and made sure both keys worked in the lock. Will use UHaul for future needs.

Staff tried to be helpful by using ice melt in front, but we and our movers had to shovel the snow ourselves so our furnishings and belongings wouldn’t be damaged.
